The Winner of the German Debate Championship 2007 is an expert in Communication and Strategic Empathy. By her Masters’ Degree at the Universität Mainz & the Université de Bourgogne at Dijon, France she is connecting rhetorical prowess with theoretic expertise. As a trainer, coach and consultant in Rhetoric and Intercultural Communication she advises customers througout Germany and has therefore been awarded the Role Model Entrepreneur by the German Ministry of Economics in 2014.
Nora Egler, Executive Assistant
Nora Egler has been supporting Marietta Gädeke since 2015. Due to her diploma in landscape architecture and her Master’s degree in environmental management, she combines knowledge about environment, sustainable energies, and urban development with a lot of organisational skills. As a member of the city council of Mainz, she brings a lot of political experience to the table. Years of working in the community and various election campaigns sharpened her skill set. In her work for Lilit, she designs seminars for politicians and for clients from the field of sustainable energies.
